Is Genghis legit and safe to use?

Do I need to create an account to buy?
No. Guest checkout is supported on every product. You only need a working email address — that is where your code is delivered. Creating an account is optional and unlocks order history, the Tribe loyalty programme, and access to missions and rewards. If you value privacy, guest checkout is the fastest and most discreet way to buy. You can always upgrade a guest order to a registered account later by signing up with the same email address.

Which countries does Genghis serve?
We serve customers in 80+ countries. Because every product is digital, there is no physical shipping — your code is emailed instantly anywhere in the world with internet access. Note that gift card redemption is region-locked: an Amazon US card redeems on amazon.com, an Amazon DE card on amazon.de. Each product page lists the specific country or region of redemption.
How do I redeem my gift card or game key?
Each code is delivered to your email immediately after blockchain confirmation. Open the email, copy the code, and paste it into the brand's redemption page — for example, amazon.com/gc/redeem for Amazon, store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode for Steam, account.microsoft.com/redeem for Xbox, or redeem.google.com for Google Play. The email also contains step-by-step instructions specific to the brand you bought from.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use to pay?
We accept 300+ cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, BNB, Solana, XRP, Cardano, Dogecoin, Polygon, Tron, Monero (XMR), Zcash, Algorand, and Dash.
How do I pay with Bitcoin?
At checkout, select Bitcoin as your payment method. You will receive a unique BTC deposit address and an exact amount to send, locked at the current BTC/USD rate for roughly 15 minutes. Send the exact amount from your wallet — hardware wallets, software wallets, and exchange withdrawals all work. Once the transaction reaches the required confirmations, your code is emailed automatically.
Can I pay with stablecoins like USDT or USDC?
Yes — stablecoins are our most-used payment method because they sidestep price volatility during checkout. We support USDT and USDC across multiple networks: Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), Solana (SPL), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), and Polygon. Always select the network that matches your sending wallet — sending USDT-TRC20 to a USDT-ERC20 address (or vice versa) results in lost funds, and that loss is not recoverable.
Which networks are supported for multi-chain tokens?
For USDT and USDC: Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Polygon, and Solana (SPL). For ETH: Ethereum mainnet. For BNB: BNB Smart Chain. For SOL: Solana mainnet. The network is selected at checkout and clearly displayed alongside the deposit address on the payment screen. Always double-check the network before sending — cross-chain transfers cannot be reversed.
Can I pay from an exchange wallet (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken)?
Yes. Withdraw the exact amount and send it to the deposit address shown at checkout. Binance and OKX support most networks including TRC-20, ERC-20, and BEP-20. Coinbase supports a narrower list of networks per asset. Kraken withdrawals are reliable but typically slower than wallet-to-wallet transfers. As a rule, exchange withdrawals add 5–30 minutes versus a self-custody wallet because of internal exchange processing.
What happens if I send the wrong amount or wrong network?
Underpayments and overpayments greater than 1% mark the order as 'underpaid' or 'overpaid' — our team is automatically notified and contacts you within 24 hours to either top up, refund the difference, or process the order at the adjusted total. Wrong-network transfers cannot be recovered — that is a blockchain limitation, not a Genghis policy. If your transaction confirmed on-chain but the order did not auto-complete, email contact@genghis.pro with the transaction hash.
Are there any fees?
Genghis charges zero platform fees. The price you see on a product page is what you pay in crypto equivalent. The only costs added are the network fee charged by the blockchain itself (paid by you when broadcasting the transaction) and the live exchange-rate spread, which is normally a fraction of a percent. We never add hidden surcharges.
How long does the crypto payment take to confirm?
Most orders complete within 5–30 minutes, depending on network speed and required confirmations. Stablecoin transfers on Tron (TRC-20) and Solana confirm fastest, typically 1–3 minutes. Bitcoin requires one network confirmation and usually completes in 10–20 minutes. Ethereum mainnet and ERC-20 stablecoins typically confirm in 2–5 minutes after broadcast. Network congestion can extend these times.
Delivery and redemption
How and when you receive your codes, and what to do if something goes wrong with redemption.
How quickly is my code delivered?
Codes are delivered instantly to your email after blockchain confirmation completes — typically within seconds of the network reaching the required confirmation count. End-to-end (from clicking 'pay' to code in inbox) is usually 5–30 minutes depending on the network you choose. If you have not received your email after 30 minutes, check the spam folder and verify the email address you used at checkout.
Where do I receive my code?
Your code is emailed to the address you provide at checkout, whether you check out as a guest or use a registered account. We never deliver codes by SMS, in-browser only, or to your wallet — email is the single secure delivery channel. If you create an account, codes are also stored in your order history for retrieval. Make sure your email address is correct before paying — typos in the email field are by far the most common cause of missing-code reports.
What if my code does not work or has already been redeemed?
Email contact@genghis.pro within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a screenshot of the error from the brand's redemption page. We verify the code with the original distributor and, if confirmed faulty or pre-redeemed, replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Can I send a gift card as a gift to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's email address at checkout and the code is delivered directly to them. The order receipt still goes to you (the payer) so you keep a record for refund or dispute purposes. We do not currently offer gift wrapping, scheduled delivery, or personalised messages — just a clean code drop. The recipient never sees your payment details or transaction hash.
Are there expiration dates on gift cards or game keys?
Expiration policy is set by the brand, not by Genghis. Most major brands (Amazon, Steam, Apple, Google Play, Netflix) issue cards with no expiration. Some regional and promotional cards have 12–24 month limits. The expiration policy for each card is shown on the product page and reiterated in the redemption email you receive.
Refunds and disputes
What happens when a payment fails, a code is faulty, or you need to dispute an order.
What is your refund policy?
Orders are refundable if the code is faulty, already redeemed, or undeliverable. Once a code has been revealed in your email or account it cannot be refunded — this is standard digital goods policy across the industry. Payment errors (underpayments, transactions stuck on-chain but accepted by NowPayments) are handled case by case and typically resolved within 24–48 hours. Email contact@genghis.pro with your order number to start a refund.
My payment is stuck or blocked — what happens?
If your transaction is confirmed on-chain but the order did not auto-complete (the typical cause is NowPayments accepting the payment but not releasing it to the order), our team manually reconciles the order within 24 hours. Email contact@genghis.pro with your order number and transaction hash; we trace it and either deliver the code or refund. If your transaction is unconfirmed (still in the mempool), wait until it confirms or use replace-by-fee/cancel — there is nothing we can do until the network resolves it.
How do I dispute a transaction or order?
Email contact@genghis.pro with your order number, transaction hash, a clear description of the issue (faulty code, no delivery, wrong product, etc.), and a screenshot if applicable. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve within 7 days. For escalations, you can reference our UK regulatory standing — Genghis Ltd, UK Co. No. 16315448 — and contact UK consumer authorities if needed.
Privacy and KYC
Why we don't require identity verification, what data we collect, and how to request deletion.
Does Genghis require KYC?
No. Zero KYC, ever. You do not need to upload an ID, take a selfie, or verify your phone number. We require only a valid email address — that is the address we deliver your code to. This is core to the Genghis model: crypto payments are inherently private, and we do not introduce identity friction where it is not needed. We are built for users who value financial privacy.
Why does Genghis not require identity verification?
Crypto payments do not carry the same chargeback and fraud risk as card transactions, which is the primary reason traditional retailers require KYC. On-chain settlement is final, so there is no incentive for us to collect personal data we do not strictly need. We also believe privacy is a feature, not a vulnerability: lower data collection means lower data-breach surface, which is a security advantage for both customers and Genghis.
What personal data does Genghis collect?
The minimum: your email address (for code delivery), your IP address (logged briefly for fraud detection — required by NowPayments), and the items you purchased. We never store your wallet address. We never sell or share your data with advertisers. We do not track redemption activity once the code leaves our system.
How do I request deletion of my data (GDPR)?
Email privacy@genghis.pro from the email address you used at checkout, with a brief statement requesting deletion under GDPR Article 17 ('right to erasure'). We delete personal data within 30 days, except information we are legally required to retain — typically order records for tax purposes, kept under UK accounting law for six years and stored in encrypted form. UK and EU users have the same GDPR rights regardless of where they are accessing Genghis from.

How do I contact customer support?
Email contact@genghis.pro for order issues, refunds, and general support — response time is typically under 24 hours. For privacy and data deletion requests, email privacy@genghis.pro. For partnership and press inquiries, see our contact page. We do not currently offer phone or live chat support — email is our single source of truth and creates an audit trail for both sides.
Is there a loyalty programme?
Yes. The Tribe is our community loyalty system: every purchase earns points, and you complete missions for bonus points redeemable at checkout. The programme is free and optional and works for both guest and registered users, although registered users get full visibility into their balance and mission progress.
How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign in' in the top right of any page and select 'Create account.' You need a valid email address and a password — that is it. With an account, you can view order history, manage Tribe points, and check out faster on repeat purchases. We do not ask for your name, date of birth, wallet address, or any other identifying detail. Account creation is fully optional — guest checkout works on every product on the site.
