Our Commitment
At Genghis, we are always on the side of the customer. If a product you purchased from us does not work through no fault of your own, you are entitled to a full 100% refund — no questions asked, no partial settlements.
All products sold on Genghis are digital goods (gift card codes, game keys, eSIM plans, prepaid cards, and top-up credits) delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Because these are digital products that can be used immediately upon delivery, our refund policy is designed to protect customers from genuine product failures while maintaining clear boundaries around completed transactions.
What Qualifies for a Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
The product code or key delivered to you does not work at the point of first redemption and the issue is not caused by your actions, your account status, or your regional restrictions.
The code or key was delivered incorrectly, incompletely, or not delivered at all due to a technical error on Genghis's platform.
You report the issue within 30 days of the original purchase date.
What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
The following situations are explicitly excluded from our refund policy:
Redeemed codes. Once a code has been successfully redeemed on the issuing platform (Amazon, Steam, PlayStation, etc.), it is considered used. Successful redemption confirms that the product was delivered in working order and the transaction is complete.
Expired codes. Gift card codes and game keys carry expiry dates set by the issuing brand. If your code was delivered in working order but expires after delivery due to not being redeemed promptly, this falls outside our refund scope. Always check the expiry date on delivery and redeem promptly.
User errors. Refunds are not available where the code fails due to: incorrect entry of the code, account restrictions on the issuing platform (e.g. region locks, age verification issues, account bans), or incompatibility between the purchased product and the customer's account or device.
Claims submitted after 30 days. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be processed.
Refund Options
If your refund is approved, you choose how to receive it. We offer two options, both at 100% of the original purchase value in USD equivalent:
Refund processing time: 1–3 business days from approval. Crypto refunds are subject to on-chain confirmation times, which vary by network conditions.
