Questions about game keys

What does Global, Europe or Rest of world mean on a key?

It is where the key activates. Global works on any Steam account. Europe works only on accounts from European countries. Rest of world works everywhere except the countries named on the product page.

How do I activate a Steam key?

Open Steam, go to Games, choose Activate a Product on Steam and enter your Genghis key.

Is a game key the same as a Steam gift card?

No. A key unlocks one game. A Steam gift card adds balance you can spend on any game.

What happens if a key does not activate?

Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number and a screenshot of the error. If it does not activate because the region on our product page was wrong, you get a full refund in USDT, USDC or Genghis Points. Other faulty codes are handled under our refund policy.
